Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required to make a new client appointment. Your card will NOT be charged upon booking your appointment.
All cancellations require a 48 hour notice.
If you are unable to make your appointment, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Text messages are preferred.
Cancelations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are subject to a $40 cancelation fee.
If you no call, no show your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $50 fee.
